While generally safe for healthy individuals, breathwork can bring up intense emotions. If you have medical conditions or take medication, it’s best to consult your doctor first. Always practice in a safe environment with support nearby if needed.

I’ve never done breathwork before — can I still join?

Yes — no prior experience is necessary. Sessions are tailored to your comfort level and can be adjusted in intensity to meet you where you’re at.

What can I expect in a 1:1 breathwork session?

Each session includes guided breathing, nervous system regulation, and space for emotional release or reflection. You’ll also be offered optional journaling or integration prompts.

Do you offer online breathwork sessions?

Yes — breathwork is available both in person and online. All you need is a quiet space, headphones, and a willingness to breathe deep.
