What kind of coaching do you offer?

I offer emotionally intelligent coaching for high-achieving men who feel stuck, disconnected, or burnt out. My work focuses on helping you unpack emotional blocks, rewrite limiting stories, and reconnect with purpose, clarity, and confidence.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy or a replacement for clinical mental health care. While we may explore emotional patterns, my role is to support forward movement through insight, accountability, and embodied tools—not diagnose or treat.

What happens in a coaching session?

Each session is a collaborative space. We might talk through current challenges, explore limiting beliefs, practice emotional regulation techniques, or map out aligned next steps. The goal is always to return you to your own inner authority.

How do I know if I’m ready?
