Why I Do This Work

For years, I lived in a constant state of tension. On the outside, I looked successful.

 

On the inside, I felt anxious, disconnected, and burned out. I didn’t know how to slow down. I didn’t know how to feel.

 

Everything began to shift when I discovered nervous system work and conscious breathwork.

 

It gave me more than just tools,  it gave me choice. Now, I help others return to that same sense of clarity, calm, and embodied leadership, so they can reconnect before they reach a breaking point.

Do participants need experience with breathwork?

No experience is needed. All sessions are beginner-friendly and guided step by step. Everyone is invited to go at their own pace.

How many people can participate?

Sessions can be tailored for small teams or large groups, both online and in-person. For larger events, co-facilitators may be brought in to ensure safety and support.

What if someone feels uncomfortable or emotional during the session?

This is completely normal. All sessions are trauma-informed, and participants are never pushed beyond their edge. They’re welcome to pause, observe, or opt out at any time.

Can these sessions be integrated into wellness or leadership programs?

Yes. Breathwork works powerfully alongside other leadership, well-being, and emotional intelligence frameworks. We’re happy to collaborate or tailor a series to your existing program.

What’s required from the host (you)?
