What to Expect in a Session
Each session runs for approximately 90 minutes and follows a steady arc
Check-In & Intention Setting
- (10–15 min)
A short conversation to ground into the space. We set a theme aligned with where you are emotionally — whether it’s release, courage, forgiveness, or clarity.
Guided Breathwork
- (45–60 min)
You’ll be guided through a dynamic conscious breathing practice, supported by music, cues, and space to release.
Integration & Sharing
- (15–20 min)
We return to stillness. You’ll be invited to share insights or simply sit in the shift. This part is sacred — where clarity lands.

Why I Do This Work
For years, I lived in a constant state of tension. I was successful on the outside—but inside, I was anxious, disconnected, and burned out. I didn’t know how to slow down. I didn’t know how to feel.
That started to change when I discovered nervous system work and conscious breathwork. It gave me more than tools—it gave me choice.

No experience is needed. All sessions are beginner-friendly and guided step by step. Everyone is invited to go at their own pace.
Sessions can be tailored for small teams or large groups, both online and in-person. For larger events, co-facilitators may be brought in to ensure safety and support.
This is completely normal. All sessions are trauma-informed, and participants are never pushed beyond their edge. They’re welcome to pause, observe, or opt out at any time.
