These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and participation in any services, coaching sessions, breathwork, or workshops offered by Jack Costello / Unpack with Jack ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Services Provided
We offer 1:1 coaching, breathwork facilitation, workshops, and digital products aimed at personal development, emotional wellness, and healthy masculinity. These services are not intended to replace professional psychological or medical care.
2. Payment & Bookings
- All services must be paid for in advance using Stripe or PayPal, unless otherwise arranged.
Payment confirms your booking and secures your spot.
Pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may reschedule or cancel a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting that session.
Breathwork events or workshops may have specific cancellation terms disclosed at booking.
Refunds are issued at our discretion, minus any transaction fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
By booking a service, you: – Confirm you are over 18 and participating voluntarily – Acknowledge you are in sound mental and physical condition (or have appropriate medical clearance) – Agree not to attend breathwork sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol – Accept full responsibility for your emotional and physical well-being during and after sessions
5. Disclaimer
All services and content are for educational and self-development purposes only. We do not diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate professional help.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, frameworks, visuals, quizzes, videos, and worksheets, is the intellectual property of Jack Costello / Unpack with Jack. You may not copy, share, or reproduce content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. You participate at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this site or services after changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
